What is a digital footprint? A digital footprint acts as a kind of bibliography of sorts on every single thing that you post, tweet, comment, etc. on social media and anywhere online. In other words, a digital footprint acts similarly as a physical footprint. As it shows where you've been/done in the past. This can be used both positively and negatively, which is why you should always be wary of what you post.
